Timothy Russo - Clinical Myotherapist in Essendon

Tim is a qualified Myotherapist with a Bachelor of Health Science in Clinical Myotherapy from the Southern School of Natural Therapies. With over six years of hands-on experience in the disability sector, Tim combines his in-depth theoretical knowledge with practical skills to provide exceptional treatments.

After trying his hand at nursing and disability support, Tim has since transitioned into his first love of remedial therapies. This journey has given him a unique perspective and a deep understanding of the challenges his clients face daily.

In his practice, Tim uses his knowledge of functional anatomy, trigger point patterns, and fascial restrictions. He focuses on the ways we adapt our bodies to overcome injuries and physical challenges. His goal is to not only treat the immediate issue but also empower clients by helping them understand their bodies better.

Outside of work, Tim enjoys a variety of hobbies, including bushwalking, archery, and snorkelling. He also finds creative outlets in playing music and cooking.
