About Upside

The Clinic

The clinic is located inside a heritage-listed building. The double brick walls and high ceilings create a homely feeling. There are two spacious treatments, one on each floor, with a spacious exercise room with padded flooring topped with fake grass to create a natural aesthetic while doing exercise.

Our History.

Upside Health & Movement has been operating in the Essendon region since 2014, previously known as Bodywise Myotherapy & Pilates. In mid-2020, Bodywise became Upside so that the clinic could expand its services to the community.

Upside Health & Movement is located in the heart of Essendon at the intersection of Rose Street and Buckley Street, only 50 metres from Essendon Station.
