Upside Health & Movement is a small boutique clinic in the heart of Essendon offering a range of small group exercise and fitness classes.
Our classes are only up to a maximum of 4 clients per session so you’ll never get lost in the crowd.
Functional Movement
Strength Training
A full body workout designed to recreate all the every day activities we use our bodies for while giving you a bit a sweat. Functional Movement workout involve an array of exercises that utilise dumbbells, barbells, kettlebells, resistance bands, even your own bodyweight. Classes run for 45 minutes and include 6-8 different exercises targeting muscle groups all over the body.
